The Bicycle Film Festival is starting tonight in Salt Lake City.  I can’t making it out tonight due to a family obligation (drinking beers on the roof of my new apt. building).  However, I’ll be there tomorrow night!  I’ll take some photos, post a review and maybe even ask folks a few questions.  If you’re in SLC come and check it out, and if you’re in another city check the schedule to see when it’s coming to your area.

Here’s a link tonight’s showings:  BFF SALT LAKE CITY OCTOBER 2

Tomorrow I’ll plan to catch this for sure:
Program 6
7:00 PM
UK 2007 | DV 12min.
Dir. Adrian McDowall and Finlay Pretsell
Standing Start offers insight into Olympian and World Champion Track Sprinter Craig MacLean, his unflinching focus and preparation.

USA 2008 | Video 75min.
Dir. David Deal and David Cooper
The film features the most difficult and prestigious one-day cycling race in the world: Paris-Roubaix. First held in 1896, the race is a grueling contest over 160 miles of cobbled farm roads in Northern France with a finish in the historic Roubaix Velodrome. – watch the trailer
